This open-concept living, dining, kitchen, and bar area is a study in livable elegance—where curated heirlooms, layered textures, and warm wood tones bring a collected feel to a modern layout. We created a true sense of arrival at the entry and used thoughtful furniture placement to guide the flow from one space to the next. A textured tile fireplace adds depth and dimension, while a custom contemporary bookcase offers flexible cubbies for both display and storage. Leather furnishings were chosen for their timeless appeal and durability—designed to age gracefully in a lively home filled with kids and dogs.
